100% ADVANCE Payment via NEFT, IMPS, CASH, PayTM, Google-Pay, CHEQUE is necessary for orders with Immediate Dispatch.

50% ADVANCE Payment via NEFT, IMPS, CASH, PayTM, Google-Pay, CHEQUE is necessary to Pre-Book Telescopes in ADVANCE.
Balance 50% Payment to be made once the telescope arrives back in stock and before dispatch from MUMBAI.

50% C.O.D. (CASH ON DELIVERY) Option :
1. Tender Exact Change at the time of Cash on Delivery.
2. Provide OTP sent on your phone by DELHIVERY Ltd. to the courier agent.
If you fail to do the above two things, the package will be returned back to us and no refund will be issued. To and Fro Return Courier charges will once again have to be paid by you. If you fail to do so within 3 days of return arrival date, your order will be cancelled with NO REFUND.

We accept Indian 'Master' and 'Visa' DEBIT / CREDIT CARDs .

All items carry compulsory 18% GST Extra.

NOTE : Dispatch of small items is done via India Post or Private Courier Companies like Professional Couriers, DTDC, Tirupati Couriers, etc. Tejraj and Co.'s dispatch team will decide which courier company to use for packages moving to different locations within India and abroad. Any delay in transit or delivery by 3rd Party Companies is 'NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY'. We have no control over their service and operations.

Customers are free to use their own preferred courier service and arrange for a Self-Pick-Up from our workshop.

We do not take any Guarantee of 3rd Party Courier or Post Companies as we do not control them. Delivery Boys may or may not call you at the time of Delivery. We do not take any responsibility for that. You will have to pay Postage again if your package returns due to any reason. Once we provide you the Tracking ID, it is your responsibility to track your parcel and not ours.

If the package is to be returned by you for any of the following two reasons, then you will have to use the CHEAPEST COURIER option like INDIA POST and not expensive courier companies like FEDEX, DTDC, DHL Express, etc to get courier charges reimbursed.
1. Received WRONG Product.
2. Received FAULTY Product.

Note : Collimation issues of sophisticated ED Telescopes, Maksutov Cassegrain Telescopes or Ritchey-Chrétien Telescopes is not to be considered as a Faulty Product.

All optical components (Coated or Uncoated) as and when dispatched from our works are subject to jerks in transit, weathering depending on the temperature, humidity and conditions in which they are stored and transported. Though all possible care is exercised by us, we have virtually no control once the sensitive optics have left our works. It is not possible for us to shoulder responsibility for any rejection.

To avoid any discrepancy / dispute at either end, we suggest, once you receive the package either via Post / Courier or collected from the Road Transport Co., take a VIDEO at the time of receiving the package and opening the package. The Video needs to show the full package from all sides before you start opening it. Record and confirm all the items including the ones packed in smaller boxes. No Cuts / Edits or interruptions in the VIDEO will be accepted. For any claim of non receipt / damaged items, this video proof is a must, without which it will be at our discretion to accept your claim or not.

NOTE : Cost of 'SECURED PACKING' is charged additionally for WOODEN CRATES for safe transit of your Telescope / Goods from Mumbai to your City / Town.
Road Transportation charges of your goods are to be PAID by you at the time of PICK-UP from your local Road Transport Co.
Any delay in transit or late arrival by 3rd Party ROAD TRANSPORT Companies is 'NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY'. We have no control over their service and operations.
Detailed Day-to-Day Tracking of goods via ROAD TRANSPORT Trucks is not available.

DISPATCH IMMEDIATE meaning : Allow 2 to 3 days processing / packaging / and dispatch from Mumbai.

Once the items are dispatched either through Post, Courier, Road Transport or Air Courier, we will send you dispatch details within 24 to 48 hrs.
In case of any govt. agency holds the parcel in transit / check in point, for varification, shortage of documents, all procedure is to be completed from your side.

We take utmost care in packaging to withstand the transit. However we are not responsible for Breakage in transit. We can support for any damage replacement at a cost. Cost of any return of material is on buyer. (This does not include minor dent that may happen in transit due to transporter / courier rough handling of the shipment).

ANY POSTAGE / ROAD TRANSPORT CHARGES ARE PAYABLE BY YOU.

ALL ITEMS are sent by ready stock (postage extra) except ALL ASTRONOMICAL TELESCOPE and other heavy accessories are delivered by road transport (transportation charges extra) final decision is ours; we reserve the right to send. For remote location, please specify Transport Company’s name and address or the nearest town for delivery of material by road.

CAUTION: Do not discard any boxes until your telescope has been completely assembled. Once the box is discard in a hurry. We do not take responsibility for the missing item.

• GoTo Systems / RA Motors / Electronics or ED Telescopes are not repairable in INDIA.
• Warranty is from the country of origin or from the primary brand manufacturer.
• In case of any malfunction, you will have to contact support of the respective original manufacturer and keep us in loop.
• GoTo Electronics or Motors of any brand are not repairable in INDIA.
• The customer shall be responsible for all costs of to and fro Air Freight, Insurance and Customs Duty to send the product to the factory for a repair / service or replacement.
• To and Fro Air shipment of the product from India to the respective source country / factory has to be done and managed at the customers end.

We also reserve the right to cancel the order in the event of non-availability of any of the raw materials, and / or labor without being liable for any compensation for loss or damage suffered by the buyer due to such cancellation arising out of or connected with this contract in any way what-so-ever.
In case of faulty accessories, we also reserve the right to collect it back and replace with another.

Sophisticated GO-TO system telescopes are not repairable in India. Hence it is a direct manufacturers company warranty as covered international. However, we can help repair in India. But in extreme condition if it is not possible to repair, then the machine has to be send to manufacturers in CHINA USA, where ever they have their repair center. This is the reason why warranty is not covered by us in India for GO-TO units. All return international postage / transport freight are to be borne by customer.

ACCEPTANCE of order from Government / semi Government or Private Institute against their purchase order stating their terms and condition of purchase and all other details shall not be considered binding on us All orders placed imply that the Buyer has accepted our general terms and conditions of sales here in stated will remain final.

(Dispute if any will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai only).
