TEJRAJ AND CO. has tie up with premier shipping companies like Delhivery and committed to provide the fastest delivery at the lowest possible charges. The typical lead time for product delivery is 3 to 7 working days based on your location.

If incase the package is to be sent via Courier, then it will be shipped within a day or two after receiving the order.

If incase the product is large in Volume or Weight, then it has to be shipped via Road Transport. We either use VRL LOGISTICS or TCI Express for Road Transport. Transportation charges are to be paid by you at the time of pick up from the Transport Co. in your city or the closest If incase you prefer a Door Delivery, then please notify us in Advance so that we can arrange for the same and notify the transport co. about your request. Incase of a Door Delivery, Transportation charges are to be paid in full to the Transport co. in MUMBAI before dispatch. Neither does VRL Logistics nor does TCI Express have a TO PAY option if it is a DOOR DELIVERY.

We do have express shipping for urgent orders.

Any delay in transit or delivery by 3rd Party Companies is 'NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY'. We have no control over their service and operations.

Customers are free to use their own preferred courier service and arrange for a Self-Pick-Up from our workshop.

We do not take any Guarantee of 3rd Party Courier or Post Companies as we do not control them. Delivery Boys may or may not call you at the time of Delivery. We do not take any responsibility for that. You will have to pay Postage again if your package returns due to any reason. Once we provide you the Tracking ID, it is your responsibility to track your parcel and not ours.
