Universal 1.25" T-Adapter fits on any of telescope that uses 1.25" eyepiece focuser but in addition includes an integral 2x Barlow Lens. This lens enables you to use your any of the telescope to photograph at 2x i.e. if you are using a D=100mm / F=1000mm telescope, it converts it into a 2000mm Telephotography.
